Four individuals try to copy the incident that gave the Fantastic Four their powers, but the experiment was foiled by Bruce Banner. The four people decide to hunt down Bruce Banner for revenge. The Hulk forms a team of his own called the Agents of S.M.A.S.H. (Supreme Military Agency of Super Humans). They gain help from a few allies to stop the four villains calling themselves the U-Foes.
