Bill Woodward is a divorced man who dearly loves his 18 year old daughter, Alice. He works a 9 to 5 desk job at CCRP Technical along with his friends Paul, Ted, and Charlotte. He's cheery and kind-spirited with a good consciousness and moral compass. He wants the best for his daughter and tries to curb her girlfriend, Deb's, influence on Alice by suggesting other girls she could date, like Grace Chasity, because of Deb's negative influence. He views her as his little girl and treats he closely to how you would a child. Though his love for Alice is the cause of his death as he tries to free her from the hive mind when she's already gone.
