Synopsis

Description of Richard Rider (Nova):

- But then Tivan, where did they go? - It's hard to say, space is so full of paths... - Are you making fun of me? - You may even be part of the Nova Corps, boy, but don't be fooled into thinking that this already turns you into an authority like them. - You're not going to cooperate, are you? - Look on the bright side Rider, I'm encouraging you to on your own merits. Richard was the first human recruit of the Nova Corps, assigned to defend the planet Xandar and its interests. Despite his role as 'persecutor' of the protagonists throughout the plot, thanks to the Orb, Rider is someone altruistic who just wants to do the right thing - which also makes him an important ally.
