Synopsis

The Great Lakes Avengers(also known as The Lightning Rods, The Great Lakes X-Men, The Great Lakes Champions, and The Great Lakes Initiative) are a superhero team formed by Mister Immortal out of the local YMCA as a sister team to the West Coast Avengers and (East Coast) Avengers.

Description of Nain Rouge (Dick Snerd):

During his youth, Dick Snerd was a vigilante in Detroit going by the name Nain Rouge. He eventually lost his faith in masked heroes, and decided to change the city from its foundations. He became a councilman, and continued carrying his double life as Nain Rouge, now a shady masked magnate of a nightclub named Baphomet.
