Synopsis

The Great Lakes Avengers(also known as The Lightning Rods, The Great Lakes X-Men, The Great Lakes Champions, and The Great Lakes Initiative) are a superhero team formed by Mister Immortal out of the local YMCA as a sister team to the West Coast Avengers and (East Coast) Avengers.

Description of Mr. Immortal (Craig Hollis):

A superhuman with the power of resurrective immortality. While physically average for an ordinary human in every other way, Craig is incapable of staying dead, and will automatically resurrect and heal from any death he suffers. Upon reviving, Mr. Immortal is often extremely enraged due to the pains of death and resurrection.
