Synopsis

Freshly set in Bruce Wayne's second year as the masked vigilante dubbed "The Bat" by the press, GCPD and people of Gotham City, Wayne must come to terms with the legacy of his late father, Thomas Wayne, whilst perusing a number of kidnappings and unexplained arson attacks occurring throughout Gotham City, orchestrated by Drury Walker and Garfield Lynns. However, taking down the duo will not be an easy task; as James Gordon and the entire GCPD stands in The Bat's crusade to justice and an unlikely puppeteer thwarts his path.

Description of The Mayor (Hamilton Hill):

The current Mayor of Gotham City, handed to him on a silver platter. To most Gothamites, he is seen as a useless, corrupt mewling low-life, a yes-man to most of the mobs demands and suspected higher conspiracy. However, unknowingly to the public, his life is threatened. Underneath, he is a warm and comforting man who tries to keep his life and the lives of his wife and kids unharmed against threats given by the mob and whoever else exacts control over the mayoral office.
