Synopsis

Freshly set in Bruce Wayne's second year as the masked vigilante dubbed "The Bat" by the press, GCPD and people of Gotham City, Wayne must come to terms with the legacy of his late father, Thomas Wayne, whilst perusing a number of kidnappings and unexplained arson attacks occurring throughout Gotham City, orchestrated by Drury Walker and Garfield Lynns. However, taking down the duo will not be an easy task; as James Gordon and the entire GCPD stands in The Bat's crusade to justice and an unlikely puppeteer thwarts his path.

Description of Hugo Strange:

The well respected former warden and professor of Arkham Asylum. For years he held this title and heavily contributed to the relocation of Arkham Asylum into the city under the guise of New Arkham, convincing Gothamites that his "record breaking" research and rehabilitation of its inhabitants had proved fruitful enough for such a transition, thus leaving the Asylum in the hands of Dr. Richard Cushing to continue his work well into "retirement."
