A dark-comedy film based on the 1960's Animated Television series of the same name. The town of Bedrock is alarmed by the news of an asteroid heading toward Earth. An asteroid so large that scientist are to believe that it will whip the majority of mankind and all livings things off the planet. The Flintstones and The Rubbles are the only families in town to take the news serious. The rest of the citizens of Bedrock don't believe the foolish news and are quoted to say that "only fools believe in that space bulllarky".
