Description of Cobalt blue (Malcolm Thawne):

Malcolm Thawne is the long lost twin brother of Eddie thawne and an engineer by 2049 chosen by the negative Speed Force as the New avatar due to his traumatic past and filled with anger. Malcolm Thawne speed is futher increased by an unlimited energy crystal and can create energy constructs and steal speed to increase his own.
