After Wally reboots the reality when Barry remembered Wally in the post Flashpoint Paradox earth came to exists 2 Wally West the one before Flashpoint and one After Wally 1 is The Flash and Wally 2 is Kid Flash and after the reboot he turned into Wallace West, he is the son of The Reverse Flash(Daniel West) that after his mother finded out that Daniel is a Criminal they divorced, but his mother died from terminal cancer and for that reason Wallace was left under the care of her aunt Iris, when he grown up he became a delinquent betting illegal races to pay for college, and when the speed force storm happened he was one of many people struck by the storm's lightning and gained powers.
