Fan Casting The Thinker in The Flash II: Primal Conquest (1994)

Dr. Clifford DeVoe, also known as The Thinker, is the secondary antagonist of The Flash II: Primal Conquest. He is an infamous evil mad scientist working for S.T.A.R. Labs whose torturous experiments on Gorilla Grodd has driven him to swear vengeance on humanity. He’s arrested by the end of the film by Barry and the CCPD and placed into custody of the U.S. Government.
