Fan Casting The Flash I in The Flash II: Primal Conquest (1994)

Jason Peter "Jay" Garrick is the deuteragonist of The Flash II: Primal Conquest. A much older and more seasoned super speedster who, as a college student at Midwestern University, gained his superhuman speed after being exposed to toxic fumes during a laboratory experiment. Now, he tries to mentor the younger Barry and joins him in his battle against both Gorilla Grodd and the Thinker.
