My DCCU/ Phase 2 / Part 2
Barry Allen investigates a series of robberies, in which he was related to abnormalities in the weather, which lead him to a criminal named Mark Mardon, and he is arrested, then he is released by a character who uses the sound. Barry Allen plans to marry his girlfriend Iris, who introduces him to his nephew Wally West, who is struck by lightning in an attack by the Weather Wizard, and instead of being struck dead, he obtains the same powers as The Flash. The main villain is Pied Piper who seeks to kill Flash, being influenced by his investigations and fear of metahumans.
