Synopsis

From the same world as Batman: The Caped Crusader and Superman Rises comes the story of the fastest man alive. After being doused in chemicals and struck by lightning Barry Allen finds that he now has ability to tap into a power known as the speed force. He must now use these powers to defend his city from a villainous group of rogues. Please refrain from suggesting actors to reprise roles.

Description of Leonard Snart (Captain Cold):

A super villain with a cold gun powered by a cyclotron. Snart was once a common jewel thief who was sent to prison by the Flash. He was broken out of jail and given his Captain Cold persona by James Jesse. He is the leader of the Rogues.
