Synopsis

From the same world as Batman: The Caped Crusader and Superman Rises comes the story of the fastest man alive. After being doused in chemicals and struck by lightning Barry Allen finds that he now has ability to tap into a power known as the speed force. He must now use these powers to defend his city from a villainous group of rogues. Please refrain from suggesting actors to reprise roles.

Description of James Jesse (The Trickster):

An eccentric billionaire industrialist with ties to organized crime. Jesse is the textbook definition of a man child and has an obsession with pranks and old school gag items. In response to the Flash interfering with his plans he adopts the super villain persona of the Trickster. He also forms the super villain the Rogues to aid him in defeating the Flash.
