Things begin to get alot more complicated for Wally as a new adversary has emerged in the city: a Psychic Ultra-intelligent Gorilla named Grodd, who has formed an alliance with Louise Lincoln (Killer Frost). They have come to Central City with the intention of seizing the Speed Force for their own purposes.
