We see someone flipping through a newspaper and stopping at the words "Scarlet Speedster saves Central City from destruction!" with a photo of Barry Allen as the Flash fighting off Reverse-Flash. The figure puts down the newspaper to reveal an older man dressed in red with a smile on his face. "So, there's another speedster out there, eh?" he chuckles to himself.
