Based on the play “Chantecler”, and the RaisorBlade rewrite of “Rock-A-Doodle”.
Chantecler is a rooster full of himself, who believes that his crowing is responsible for the sunrise. When challenged by a rival rooster and exposed on the farm, Chantecler leaves for the city and becomes a rock star, but the only way to overcome his flaws is to face the past.
