Synopsis

Part of the "MCU Rewritten" series, the Bucky Cap version of The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is what would happen if Steve's childhood friend and honorary brother Bucky became his successor with a couple of changes of course such as a more jerkish and hostile John Walker or Bucky delivering a completely different speech to the Global Repatriation Council.

Description of Isaiah Bradley (Captain America III):

As opposed to his mainline MCU counterpart, this Isaiah Bradley was already well known to the general public thanks to a sympathetic scientist leaking government information in the early 1960s leading to a campaign that successfully freed him. Nowadays, he's basically the show's equivalent of Terrence Mann, a once well-known figure who is now a recluse. He's also the one who tells Bucky that the journey to becoming Captain America is no easy task and brings up all the holders of the mantle who ended up dead.
