Sam has given up Cap's shield to a museum, which takes it in and gives it to John Walker, an unstable person that Sam nor Bucky trust. Meanwhile, President Thunderbolt Ross stumbles upon a terrorist organization which is trying to overthrow the governments of the world, asking the Falcon and the Winter Soldier for help with their experience with other terrorist groups such as Hydra, but there is a catch, the two have to work with John Walker. Releases as a film.
