A CGI reimagining of the TV show series of the same name by Butch Hartman, the film features Timmy, an average ten year old boy whose life has been miserable. Bullied by Francis and hated by the insane Mr. Crocker at school, neglected by his parents and left in the care of the torturous Vicky at home, he falls back on his fairy godparents, Cosmo, Wanda and Poof, to grant him his wishes.
