Synopsis

Three months after the defeat of Penelope Patterson and the Anti-Fairies, Timmy Turner celebrates his Fairy-versary, a celebration of a godchild keeping their fairies for an entire year, as instructor Jorgen Von Strangle gives Timmy a magical muffin, after a long orgin story of how Timmy met Vicky and how he acquired his fairy godparents, Crocker attempts to steal the muffin for himself, after going independent after the failure of the Syndicate, but a monkey bites into the muffin and changes reality as we know it, after changing the world back to human dominance once more, the maniacal teacher takes a bite and wishes he could catch a fairy, terrorizes children with new powers, and becomes Emperor Crocker, as he enslaves Dimmsdale with near unlimited power, alongside his new partner that Timmy recently wished up, so, it is up to Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda, to save Dimmsdale, the world, and the universe from the malevolent clutches of the evil Emperor Crocker before he makes everyone eat shrimp puffs. Or worse, reveal Timmy's secret to the world!

Meanwhile, after the failure of making everyone on Earth lose their cool after their alliance with Penelope Patterson, a mysterious blue baby starts to appear after the birth of Poof, and proclaimed this. "After the failure of that whiny and spoilt human, the Anti-Fairies need a heir... and that heir is... unfortunately... FOOP!" As he laughs evilly into the sunset. With only his eyes, as the screen fades to black.
