It's sacrilege. Recasting Evil Dead. Only Bruce Campbell can portray Ash Williams because he is the character. Its the only way it works sometimes. That being said. Lets face it folks. The king has left the building and this is just a fun fantasy cast for today. A comedic tribute to the Raimi trilogy. Whomever is playing Ash is going to be his own kind. Either way. He is a normal guy out of his element. A sarcastic reluctant participant thrust into being a hero combating this ancient demonic force. 1st Act..... Evil Dead 2nd Act..... Evil Dead 2 3rd Act......Army Of Darkness
