Kuzca is the self-centered teenaged emperess of the Incan empire brought up by her head advisor Yzmo. One day, she summons Pache, the headwoman of a nearby village, to inform her that she is building her enormous summer home, Kuzcatopia, on the site of Pache's house. Pache attempts to protest, and is dismissed. She also callously fires her ancient, power-hungry advisor Yzmo for attempting to run the kingdom while she is preoccupied, infuriating him.
