Description of Sheogorath (Prince of Madness):
Sheogorath is the Daedric Prince of Madness, ruler of the Shivering Isles. Sheogorath is largely involved with the plot in the Mages Guild questline. He can later be encountered in Northern Elsweyr in the form of an Alfiq named Skooma Cat.
