After the events of The Man with the Golden Dream, Sammy's comeback skyrocketed even further, leading him to a filming of a revival of his Scooby-Doo show (which he got offered a lot of money for). However, after the murder of one of the series leads, Sammy, along with a young rising actress who he takes under his wing, must find out the culprit (while also dealing with a crisis of AI, and a couple of egotistical actors and executives, in typical Sammy Lucas fashion.)read more

Description of Carl Klein (The Director):
A German director who used to direct high-profile action films but has been regulated to TV after a failed 2000's action film about Jem and the Holograms (starring Scarlett Johansson). He is a perfectionist on the revival, and takes the craft seriously (ignoring the fact that it's a CW show).
