a reformed supervillain and serial arsonist who was originally apprehended by the hero Mecha Man (Robert Robertson). His history with Robert Robertson is particularly personal; during their initial confrontation, Robert used a plasma blade to slice off two fingers on Flambae's right hand. Following his capture, he was placed into the Phoenix Program,possesses powerful pyrokinetic abilities, allowing him to generate and control fire at a mastery level.
