Blonde Blazer, whose civilian name is Mandy, is a high-ranking superhero who embodies the "Golden Age" of superheroes—courageous, generous, and possessing a touch of corporate-sanctioned charm. Despite her status, she is deeply personal, striving to maintain the humanity within the business of heroism. Physically, Blonde Blazer is striking: a 5'11" powerhouse with blonde hair and blue eyes, outfitted in a grey and blue tactical bodysuit, navy thigh-high boots, and a signature yellow waist-length cape. However, this form is a mystical construct. Her true self, is shorter, less muscular, and has brunette hair. Her transformation and powers are derived from a magical amulet featuring a large red gemstone. While wearing it, she possesses superhuman strength, flight, durability, and energy projection (Radiant Light), which she can use to shield allies. Without it, she reverts to a standard human physiology, even struggling with mundane tasks like opening a beer bottle.
