After the events of the series finale of Ash vs Evil Dead, Ash has been kicking ass and taking names across a post apocalyptic USA looking for Pablo, Kelly, and Brandy along with his augmented lady friend, Lexx. While driving through the wasteland, he encounters a young woman named... Mia. For some reason, Ash somewhat remembers her and decides to take her along with him on his quest.
