Chapter III .
Following season 2 ending . Larry starts wandering the streets , aimlessly , however he starts forming a spiritual , connections with Cats , as he wonders near Tiger`s cage and wishes to set them free . Suddnely he feels a sudden goosebumps , as new shorts depict a new criminal called the Lord Siren , a guy dressed in bright red , wearing two headed sirens that blast sound waves making everyone depth as he uses the chance to steal from Banks , facilities etc ... Larry decides to save as much stray cats as possible from this madness , this puts him in contacts with Vixen who is trying do do the same , Larry decides , to put on the Catman costume and together put a stop to the derranged maniac known as Lord Siren . In the end he and Vixen decide to leave the urban life all together and go live in the wild with a large numbers of stray cats , birds and large cats ...
