He’s in the first movie only. His dad is was an alcoholic when Spencer was a kid. His father worked for Thomas Wayne, got fired, killed Spencer’s mom, carved a smile into Spencer’s mouth which caused him to have stitches on his face for the rest of his life, and killed Thomas and Martha Wayne. Spencer became the psychotic Joker later in life when he was in his thirties.
