During the events of the Particle Accelerator freak storm, Professor Stein and her Assistant Ronnie Raymond are accidentally fused together and form a woman who can create storms of fire. Back to present day Betty Allen investigates the missing Duo with the help of Halle Jordan. But Deep within the jungle of Africa, Grodde, an intelligent talking Gorilla because of the Particle Accelerator as she was a project in S.T.A.R. Labs, begins assembling her army of controlled Gorillas. And targets Central City as it was the city that wronged her. Green Lantern and the Flash must stop Grodde and her dangerous plot to destroy Central City and rename it Gorilla City.
