A highly skilled bandit turned bounty hunter, known for his especially merciless tactics. He once was a comrade with fellow outlaw Jonah Hex, or at the very least their paths had crossed more or less amicably, but the enormous bounty is too tempting to resist. While formidable with his guns and fists, his preferred weapon of choice is a bullwhip that was used to great infamy during his time as a robber/vigilante in Mexico.
