The eight instalment of the Universal Monsters Universe and a prequel to "The Black Lagoon" pich. The story begins in the summer of 1540, an expedition of spanish conquistadors travel to the deep of the Amazonian jungle, the group is lead by Father Álvarez with the idea of expanding catholicism in the New World. The conquistadors find a village of mayan people right in front of a place that they call "The Black Lagoon". The mayan priest, Atahualpa explains to them that they can stay for the night as long as they don't interfere with the rite to calm the "God of the Lagoon".
