  • katiegardener She starred in Percy Jackson as Annabeth Chase. Book Annabeth was a strong, smart, butt-kicking warrior with blonde hair and grey eyes. Alex over there existed in the movie to only be Percy's love interest. She's incredibly weak and stupid and gets hurt a lot. Also the appearance was so off. Book Annabeth had curly blonde hair and striking grey eyes. She was tan and athletic and twelve years old, but Alex was pale with iron straight brown hair and blue eyes. And when she played Annabeth, she was 24. Worst casting I've ever seen.
