Description of Officer Martinez:

A beat cop in the Gotham City Police Department who once had a dislike of the former Batman then later on Batwoman. However, during the Riddler's campaign on Gotham City following Bruce's retirement as the Batman and Kate Kane taking over his place as Batwoman, he assisted her in bringing him down.
