After fighting Steppenwolf, Bruce decides to calm down on the brutality against villains. Things seem to be going will in Gotham, until a new crime comes to Gotham and teams up with Bane and Falcone. Bruce will have to do what he can to protect his team. With the help of two new members of his team, Bruce will take down this new criminal overlord. But who is this new foe. And can Bruce handle the secrets that will be uncovered?
