Arnold Wesker is a ventriloquist who suffers from dissociative personality disorder, and believes that his doll, modelled on Al Capone, is involved in some dirty work. In reality, Wesker is the head of a drug racket, being the "dummy" of his doll, Scarface, as revealed by Batman's investigations. He now has to take down the entire racket, and help comes from an unlikely ally- cat burgler Selina Kyle, who Wesker had previously wronged. Meanwhile, the thug from Maroni's gang who fell into a vat of toxic waste (last season), returns to the den, kills Maroni, then breaks into a maniacal laughter.read more
