Synopsis

4 months after the Great Flood of Gotham, Bruce Wayne (Robert Pattinson) found a small hint about a myth that fears the people of Gotham. At that time, Detective Gordon (now taking the Commissioner Job) found out that there was a murder scene that mutilated faces around the Gotham and also Bludhaven. In another place, a young Vicki Vale finds a secret about the ties between Wayne's Family to the death of famous Medical family called the Elliots.

Description of John Wycliffe (The Owl):

John Wycliffe wasn't only a great political figure that was eventually part of the new Mayoral Government last months ago, but also a secretive person who was always charismatic to deny some conspiracy between him and a secret society called Courts of Owl. The Mayor actually ensures all of her supporters that he's the great Vice Mayor to work with, little they don't know that John secretly put something that would make the conspiracy around him whether true or not.
