December 21st, the city is frozen. Gotham is still recovering from the Riddler's attack. Since then, Bruce has been trying to improve his image as a playboy millionaire. However, one person is on to him, reporter Alexander Knox. At the same time, an incident happens at Boyle Industries, causing one of its workers to become mutated by a chilling chemical concoction. As Bruce tries to avoid Knox, Batman must deal with a new rogue, Mr. Freeze. Will he be able to deal with both situations?
