Fan Casting Mayor Hamilton Hill in The Batman (1990)

Mayor Hamilton Hill is a minor antagonist of The Batman. He is the corrupt mayor of Gotham City who, like Commissioner Loeb, Detective Flass and most of the Gotham City Police Department, is on Falcone's payroll. He is later killed by the Joker by having him breathe in his toxic Smilex gas as both a test subject and as a way to get Batman's attention.
