Fan Casting Mayor Hamilton Hill in The Batman (1990)

Mayor Hamilton Hill is a minor antagonist of The Batman. He is the corrupt mayor of Gotham City who, alongside Commissioner Loeb, helped Carmine Falcone and his crime syndicate secretly run Gotham City. He is later killed by the Joker by having him breathe in his toxic Smilex gas as both a test subject and as a way to get Batman's attention, with Mayor Hill refusing Batman's help as a way to ensure his families' safety.
