Character Description

Detective Arnold John Flass is a supporting antagonist of The Batman. He is a sadistic and corrupt detective within the Gotham City Police Department who, alongside Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb, is in the pocket of mob boss Carmine Falcone and profits from organized crime. He is also the nemesis of Lieutenant Jim Gordon.
