Fan Casting Mayor Rupert Thorne in The Batman (1990)

Rupert James Thorne (March 21, 1935 - November 30, 1990) is the main antagonist of the Batman, who serves as the corrupt Mayor of Gotham City and the boss of Jack Napier, later known as "The Joker." He seeks to wipe out all rival crime families to order to have full power over Gotham's criminal underworld, and also to rebuild all of Gotham City in his own image. He also wants revenge on Carmine Falcone for the death of Martha Wayne, as he was in love with her until her death and wants to make Silver St. Cloud his as he sees a little bit of Martha in her. He's based off of Max Schreck from Batman Returns.
