Fan Casting Lt. James Gordon in The Batman (1990)

James Worthington Gordon (born July 3, 1940) is the tritagonist of The Batman. He is a lieutenant within the Gotham City Police Department, renowned for being one of the few who was corrupt early on. After a young Bruce Wayne witnessed the death of his parents, he comforted him by putting his coat on him, assuring him he'd be okay, and as such, he forms a tenuous partnership with Batman to eradicate crime from Gotham. He later becomes the new Police Commissioner by the end of the film.
