Childhood friends Jean Grey and Scott Summers reunite after years apart once Scott’s dormant X-Gene activates in the middle of an average school day. Under the watchful eyes of the mysterious Prof. Charles Xavier, Scott and Jean (along with fellow students Bobby, Hank, and Warren) become adjusted to life as Mutants. However, when Xavier’s new charge Shiro Yoshida brings a dangerous new threat to Charles’s doorstep, the idyllic new way of live quickly unravels as the lives of these gifted youngsters are forever changed. The question is will this be for better or for worse?
