The empire is ruled by Regis Lucis Caelum, Empress Tsunade Senju, Ravus Nox Fleuret, and Lunafreya Nox Fleuret. In a distant village called Ravenskill, a man named Noctis Lucis Caelum possesses the natural ability to make music and sing.
