As revealed in The Amazing Spider-Man's post-credit scene, Miles Morales was bitten by a spider similar to Peter Parker's, gaining Spider-Man's powers. To prove his worth to Peter and decide to become a hero, Miles replaces Peter for three weeks on the wall climber's chores, while Peter and his girlfriend Gwen Stacy go to solve a problem with their college applications, but what none expected was that Wilson Fisk was devising a nefarious plan for New York City. Now, without the help of his mentor, Miles will have to face Fisk and a mysterious Kingpin ally named Prowler!
