As Peter continues to safe ground the City of New York from all of it's criminals, a chain of circumstances leads Peter to face off against Max Dillon, who was once an electrical engineer or lineman but has now become the psychopathic electric creature referred to as "Electro," a new and powerful foe. Electro soon partners with "Calypso", a voodoo priestess of Haitian origin. Peter understands that Oscorp could be the link to his adversary.
