Synopsis

Abandoned by his parents and raised by an aunt and uncle, teenager Jim Hawkins (Dave Foley), AKA Spider-Man, is trying to sort out who he is and exactly what his feelings are for his first crush, Melody (Tara Strong). When Jim finds a mysterious briefcase that was his father's, he pursues a quest to solve his parents' disappearance. His search takes him to Oscorp and the lab of Dr. Lex Luthor (Kevin Spacey), setting him on a collision course with Luthor's alter ego, the Hopper.

Description of Jim Hawkins (The Amazing Spider-Man):

James Pleiades Hawkins is a superhero who possesses spider-like abilities and operates in New York City as the amazing Spider-Man. In the past, Spider-Man fought against multiple villains, including Hopper and Voldemort, who individually terrorized his home city. Unfortunately, after failing to save his girlfriend Melody from falling to her death, a guilt-ridden Hawkins fell victim to his own rage, becoming an embittered and violent vigilante.
