Months after losing Gwen Stacy and quitting crime fighting, Peter Parker becomes Spider-Man again in order to stop Rhino from terrorizing New York. During his encounter, Peter learns that Oscorp is seeking revenge and that he and all his loved ones are in danger. While facing a new group of enemies and his inner demons, Peter gains a new black suit with extraordinary powers, unaware of it's sinister intentions for him.
